The Genuine Tohatsu 309-03193-0 Gasket is an OEM sealing washer fitted to the carburettor float chamber drain screw on selected Tohatsu 2.5HP and 3.5HP 2-stroke outboards. It installs with the 309-03192-0 drain screw, creating a fuel-tight seal at the carburettor bowl drain. A damaged, hardened or compressed gasket can allow fuel to seep from the drain screw even when the screw itself is correctly tightened.
